Most of the higher-end watches have very tight clearance in the endlinks to case, so the spring bar tool will not work without scratching, only the tweezers (unless you’re an octopus). The tweezers have the advantage of being easier to work with when the bracelet isn't separated, i.e. when they're not lying flat on either ends of the watch, since the mid-section allows for greater clearance over the bracelet links.
I got the Horofix Straight Spring Bar tweezers recently and they actually work really well. It is SO much easier to use these versus the traditional spring bar tool. Horofix is pretty smart IMO. Their product is slightly cheaper than Bergeon .
