It could be that whatever was used to adhere the blue stones to the dial is causing it bubble . No manufacturer is perfect under 30x magnification, not even Rolex. With that . Recently noticed a shiny black spot at the edge of the dial on my 16800, between 12 and 1 o’clock. I had the watch serviced in August 2019. However, I'm anal and was looking at it closely (within 6 inches or so) and spotted 2 black dots. One next to the 11 marker. Another smaller/fainter one above "Automatic" words. The faint one is really hard to spot, the other is tiny, but dark. I stress that it truly is tiny, lol.

The Radium luminous material was applied to dials and hands manually using a mixture of Radium and clear lacquer that acted as a bonding agent. Since a few days now I keep noticing a black residue (seems like metallic residue) left on my wrist under the watch. It's really around the wrist , nothing under the clasp or under the watch. I keep my watch relatively tight aroundi my wrist.
