The cyclops itself also had a layer of AR underneath it, so the two layers combined created that black hole effect on an otherwise non-AR crystal.

If what you say is true about the UV glue, rolex may not but you could possibly find an independent willing to do it. Might be cheaper just to do a crystal swap.
